Dream Circle

歡迎承諾參與每月集體孵夢的朋友參加，除了夢工作，也希望收集到共同/共享夢(mutual / shared dream)，和與共時(synchronicity)有關的夢，活動包括：

1.集體孵夢。每月6號為集體孵夢日，每人於Discord分享夢（長/短/片段/零碎/記不起夢也要報告），並以「如果這是我的夢...」回應最少兩個夢。

2.每月聚會/夢小組，四人成行。線下或線上於 Discord 進行。

3.其餘日子也歡迎分享夢，以「如果這是我的夢...」回應夢，討論夢，分享與夢有關的共時。

Shake and feel your body

Whenever you feel anxious or there’re lots of thoughts, shake and feel your body.

Whenever you feel low and don’t want to move, shake and feel your body.

This can re-activate energy flow and can make an instant shift of consciousness, bringing your consciousness back to here and now.

Daily practices

1. Bless your food. You may do this by prayer. I usual use the violet flame for cleansing, then fill with Divine white light, finally give thanks to all involved in making the food.

2. Self protection. May it be a multiple colour crystal bubble that only beneficial and positive energies can be in and all others are transmuted to healing and light, mirror armour that provide protection and reflect away all negativities and energies and emotions do not belong to you and let them return to where they originally belong to, violet flame, Divine while light, rainbow ray, Archangel’s cloak, just anything you feel right. Showering in the Divine white light or rainbow ray for blessings and washing away all negativities and energies not working and not for your highest good is also recommended.

3. Cleanse the space. I usually use the violet flame and would seal the door and windows of my home with a violet flame curtain.

4. Pray. You may also ask for assistance, protection or even a miracle. Then surrender and do not think about that, especially do not think about how you want them to happen. Just have faith and trust and allow the best for the highest good and according to the divine will.

5. Chant. Any mantra, prayer would do. The simplest is "om". Hear your voice, feel the vibrations, see the light or any images come through. Personally I find Sanskrit the best, which may produce healing overtone and the vibration is strongest.  

Energy protection for medical treatments

Before each treatment:
Set intention and protection, for example, only those doing good to me will go into my physical and energy bodies, while all those negative and not working will be blocked and have no effect on me.

After each treatment:
If an affected organ or area is identified, visualise a cube with thick walls built with the most isolated materials enclose that area, so that it would not spread/infect other organs/areas.

Active imagination - Encountering with the Self

I start with sitting still and taking a few deep breathes. With my eyes closed, I focus on my inhale and exhale. For each inhale, the air goes down to my belly. For each exhale, there seems to be also a force gently go deeper and deeper down inside my body. I set my intention for meeting the Self, and wait while observing my breath. 

Though with my eyes closed, I can see and feel some bright light shining from the top left on me. First magenta, then mixed with violet, blue, green and yellow, becoming a dancing mixture of vibrant colourful light. It is calming. I am not only being surrounded and embraced by the light, but also being filled with the light. 

“Are you the Self?” 
“Whatever you want to call us.”
“Are you the Soul or the Divine?”
“Whether is the Self, the Soul or the Divine, these are your human terms and definitions. Just feel, and experience, then you know you can find no words to fully describe us.”

Physically, I am cuddling a cushion, with my right palm on the cushion, and left palm on my right hand. While seeing the bright light, I sense that my right little finger is moving, sometimes my left thumb as well. It is like a signal of connecting and reaching out. I also sense two spirals moving from the top of my head, the right one spinning clockwise, left one spinning anti-clockwise. My body slightly oscillating left and right. When I try to think, there is something stuck in my stomach pushing making me want to throw up. All movement stops. I relax. A stream of energy, light but fast, goes upwards and out from the top of my head as a gentle fountain of light.   

“Feel. Just be. In us, there is no fear or worries.”
“Advice?”
“Trust. Trust your connection with us. Trust the process. There is always a bigger truth out of what you can perceive. Never think about ultimate. That is out of your reach and imagination, as human. Just take what you can take. Further truth will keep unfolding when you are ready. Have faith. Have faith that you are with us, in us, part of us. There is no separation, unless you make the separation. Call upon us, for unity, for strength, for support. You can trust us as we trust you, have faith in us as we have faith in you.”

I open my eyes. The light disappears. I close my eyes again the light is still with me. 

“Yes. Come to us, anytime when you want to. That’s the way. Just feel our presence. Whether with your eyes closed or open. Anytime, anywhere, any space, any dimension, even when you are in any form or shape.”

I say thank you and gently open my eyes. A sense of serenity washes and fills me, as well as a sense of expansiveness extended outside of my body. The light is still here, I know, even with my eyes open.

活著

習慣了為所愛的而活，當他們離去了，自己就好像迷失了。

這就是為甚麼愛別離那麼難吧，除了失去對方，失去情感倚靠，也失去了一部份的自己。

要完全為自己而活嗎，也不容易，因為已經學懂自己不止是自己，也是能深切連結著其他存有的更大存在了。

學會為自己而活，然後為所愛值得的而活，最終在合一裡為天所用，為 divine will 存在，也許是人生一個重大課題。

分裂與完全

Self 本來就完全、全有。當落到身體為人，往往意識不到本來的完全，抓著部份認同為自己，跟某些部份失去連結。適合學習的時間到了，失去連結的部份，分裂／投射／顯化成外在實相可見的個體，無論是仰慕的偶像或是討厭的陰影。覺察那其實跟自己有關，接納那其實是自己的一部份，整合回歸內在，從分裂到完全。然後是下一課，下一次分裂／投射／顯化，下一次覺察、接納、整合，下一次回到完全。也許這就是 individuation 最簡單直接的說明。

Dialogue with the Divine and the Soul on Synchronicity

Divine: Synchronicity is in nature the resonance among vibrations and energies. When the energies are in sync, you would be able to observe the connection, the synchronicity, among inner and external events. The more you can tune in to me, the more you can feel oneness with all, not just humans and events, not just beings, but the oneness consciousness and vibe. Remember, there could be no separation between you and me, you and all, as you all are connected with, part of, in and within me.

Soul: I am the source of you, and your other parallel lives and aspects. The more you are connected and in tune with me, the more connected you could be with your other parallel lives and aspects, that you may even feel them, see them, and access to their talents, strength and lessons learned intuitively. Synchronicity is not just about your own life and events, but could be among lives and aspects. Remember, there is nothing to regret. There are always other you, living the life you missed.

請教渾沌

自從上學期的原型課，渾沌經常浮現在我的腦海。故事是這樣的：南海之帝儵和北海之帝忽，常常受中央之帝渾沌款待。儵和忽見人人都有七竅可以看可以聽可以吃可以呼吸，渾沌卻沒有，為了報答，就決定給渾沌開七竅。他們每天給渾沌開一竅，到第七天，開到第七竅，渾沌就死了。

我先在內在看見他的故事，再跟他對話。我向他請教是要跟他一樣，摒棄外在感官，只專注內在感官嗎？他說我比他除了內在還多了外在感官，其實是還豐富了，可以好好利用，例如比對外在和內在感官，對齊外在和內在感官，畢竟外在感官經由一堆傳送反應詮釋可能是誤導的幻覺，內在感官也可能是ego作怪。

我再請他給我建議，他說現時內在視覺和聽覺都用得純熟，可以關注其他內在感官，如內在動覺和本體感覺，比如內在氣和能量的流動，內在跳動顫動等。而外在感官有眼耳鼻舌身，視聽嗅味觸覺，考慮和體驗內在也往往依循這些方向維度，可以跳出這些限制發現體會以外的感官。

最後，我請求以後可以再去請教他。他說可以，他已經在我的團隊裡了。

彈走鬱悶

天空寫著無人能懂的故事 

花讀出遠古的預言 

蝴蝶指揮無形的躁動 

電梯拉開最遠的距離 

累了 

拖鞋拍打著地面 

碗碟合奏得支離破碎 

風扇聽自己細碎的呢喃 

浴室表演麻木無言 

夠了 

門彈走鬱悶昏沉

The girl in a tree hole

Once upon a time, there was a girl living in a tree hole. She would occasionally peek to see the outsider world and listen to people who took rest under the tree or walked by, but nobody ever noticed she was there.  

In a cold winter night, a ginger tabby kitten sneaked into the tree hole. She warmed his body and fed him. Since then, they talked, played, ate and slept together every day and got very close. Soon, the kitten grew to a healthy and strong cat.  

One day, he asked her to go out to see the world. She said, “I have heard all kinds of stories. The outside world is too dangerous. I am so scared to go out.” He said, “Fear no more. I am with you.” 

They went out of the tree hole. The sun was shining warmly. The land was soft and tender. The breeze was gentle and comforting. A dragonfly with a key-shaped tail came near, inviting them to follow it. On the way, the dragonfly danced and sang,  

“The key is always with me,
when I'm ready to be free.
Staying there may be safe with ease;
flying high a different view you'll see.
Getting lost in the wood of trees.
Remember to always breathe.
Shh...listen to the gentle breeze.
It whispers, 
"Loving yourself is the key."” 

The dragonfly disappeared after taking them to a lake. The water was clear but it looked so deep. A big white swan was swimming in the lake. The girl asked the cat, “How can we cross to the other side? Should we ask the swan? But I’m not sure if she will help or if she’s strong enough to hold us.” The cat said, “Just try asking, and we’ll see.” The swan let them sit on her back and carried them to the other side of the lake. The swan sang in a mesmerizing voice,  

“Let's flow 
you don't need a boat. 
Let's flow 
to a far new road. 
Let's flow 
see the views you never know. 
Let's flow 
hear the stories untold. 
Let's flow 
don't worry about where to go.”  

When they bid farewell, the swan gracefully said, “Thank you for your trust. People usually can only see my beauty but not my strength.” 

They walked into the forest. It was getting dark and cold in the night. They cuddled each other and took some rest. A red dragon saw them and breathed a bonfire to warm them. The girl said, “The dragon is not as cruel as I thought.” The cat said, “Meet them, be with them and get to really know them before you judge. But bear in mind every dragon could be different.” In the next morning, they saw the red dragon flying and thanked it. The red dragon invited them to sit on its back, “Hold tight, and let’s fly high!” The forest was no longer like a maze when they looked from the above. Though the sky was still unreachable no matter how high they flew.  

They landed on a flower field near the tree hole their home. There were full of beautiful blossoming flowers of vibrant colors. A unicorn ran to the flower field and marked a rainbow along the way. The girl and the cat tried to step out of its way and just to share the space with peace. When the unicorn got close and touched the girl’s face with its cheek, the girl responded by patting gently on its back. The unicorn cheerfully shared its adventures when they walked together on the flower field. “I like you. You are the first person not trying to control, catch or ride on me.” The flower field became their favorite place to hang around. Not only the unicorn, but the dragonfly, the swan, the red dragon, and other new friends would gather joyfully there. 

When the cat got old and weak, the girl took him back to the tree hole, taking good care of him to make him most comfortable. No matter how hard she tried, still he died in her arms. Her heart broke into pieces and scattered on the ground. Since then, she either slept hoping to see him in her dreams, or cried when she was awake. One night, the cat finally came to her dream. “Death cannot part us. I am always with you. Pick up the pieces of your heart. Go see our flower field.”  

When she woke up, she cried again as she could no longer see him around. She picked up the pieces of her heart from the ground as told. The pieces rebuilt into a transparent heart and she could see the cat now living in it, nodding and smiling at her. Her tears finally stopped and she ran to the flower field as told. It was now an abandoned field. Her tears flooded the flower field, her rages burned down all the flowers and trees around. She felt really sorry for what she saw.  

Since then, she spent her days rebuilding and nurturing the flower field and trees around. At night, she went back to the tree hole to join the cat in sweet dreams. Not long later, flowers blossomed again and green leaves grew from the trees. The flower field again became a joyful playground for the dragonfly, swan, red dragon, unicorn and other creatures. 

嫦娥奔月(石頭版)

嫦娥奔月是中國自古流傳的神話傳說，《淮南子》云：「羿請不死之藥於西王母，羿妻姮娥竊之奔月，託身於月，是為蟾蜍，而為月精。」

以月亮上的石頭為主角的二次創作版：

我在月亮上已經好久好久，每天不是打盹就是看著地上的人們，連我自己都記不清已經過了多久。又有個女孩出生。每個女孩都長得差不多，也過得差不多，要麼長不大，否則很快長大了還不是面目模糊。嫦娥跟后羿結婚了，終於有了個較實在的身份，也好為地上調和整合一下陰陽能量。她就那麼想長生不死嗎，還偷仙丹，那可是有代價的，不放棄現在所有哪能成仙。 啊，她是真的下定決心，捨棄物質和肉身的幻象，吃下仙丹了。不要後悔，不要回頭，沒有全心全意的捨得乾乾淨淨，可是會像那些半天吊，落得無了期飄浮在天與地之間。來了來了，嫦娥成功來到了月亮，成為我們的一部份，既是蟾蜍，又是月精靈，也是我。

Going around, and round and round.

Getting lost in the ups and downs.

Hear the calling

Not from outside but deep in your heart.

Where's your soul?

It's never been apart.

Open your eyes and guide your path.

Flying high, you'll see

it's not as confusing as you regarded.

All are just illusions 

someday you can make a laugh.

My spiritual journey

 

When the time was right and I was ready, there was the calling, like a wake-up call, guiding and leading me. Without any logical reason, I would usually just follow and walk the path, being curious to see what it would bring me. Sometimes I might be lost and confused, and not sure of the directions I was heading to. It was through coming back to the inner self, to really see and feel it, which affirmed my faith and trust to the Divine and empowered me to keep going. Though many said life is just illusion, it seems to be necessary that through illusions we can see the essence. Even we are brave to take the path less travelled, there is still a process, and a journey, to be gone through to become who we are. We learn, we follow, we build, then we let it go. First, I saw the light, and my journey began. At last, I believe and hope the light still remains.

顯化

顯化不是要創造甚麼，而是一切都在集體意識中，當我們能對焦共鳴共振，即是把相關內容連結到個人意識，個人意識連結越多，相互碰撞作用，便生出更多可能性。

種子有生命嗎？

早上打果汁的時候，加了些杏仁。包裝上寫著 perfect for sprouting。明明放很久都是那樣子，泡水就發芽生長了。那算是有生命嗎？如果有成長有變化才算有生命，那生命是在發芽一刻才開始嗎？那只求停滯不變出糧去旅行的算是生還是死人？
